About Chandra

Although this testimonial is late in coming, it is no less heartfelt about the amazing experience with we had with Chandra Maraj! We are from New York and had decided to find rental property in central Florida near Disney, but also someplace we could spend significant family time. We were retiring soon and wanted a place we would feel comfortable during the winter months, could welcome our family and feel good about renting out to other "Florida lovers" like ourselves. We worked with a local NY agent who put us in touch and connected us with Chandra. As far as we are concerned, that was a turning point in our purchase plan. Not only was she an amazing agent, setting up a website where we could interact from long distance, she met with us and managed our different outlooks as to what we started looking for and where we ultimately ended up. My husband and I weren't exactly on the "same page" in the beginning and with patience, cheerfulness and understanding, Chandra walked us through all of our options, guided us as to the neighborhoods and homes that would best suit our needs and desires. But beyond that, we shared the journey of searching and what an enjoyable journey it was! The real estate agent that sold us our home in New York was an old family friend who told me when we were looking that I didn't have to rush, that like my wedding gown, I would know the right house when I saw it. She was right. And although Chandra didn't use those words, we felt that from her, with her wonderful, patient demeanor. In the end, we felt that not only had we found the perfect house for us, but had made a new friend in Florida! We have finally retired and although this first winter has been somewhat busy with family, we feel right at home and we can't be more thankful to Chandra for being a part of this! I would and have highly recommended her and the agency to everyone we can!

Working with Chandra is a pleasure experience, she was always helpful with answering any questions we had. Excellent communication via phone and email, giving us very quick response. That is the reason why, when we were looking for another house we came back to her (and if it would happen again we will be back)
